The weight listed for our ½ or whole lamb, and ⅛, ¼, ½ or whole beef packs, represents the approximate dressed weight before the animal is broken down.
Your box will include all items listed in the product description, including bones and fat, which contribute to the overall weight.
Because each animal is trimmed and portioned before packing, the final boxed weight may vary slightly and can be a little less than the original approximate dressed weight. This variation is normal and expected.
